The May Day holiday is approaching, in order to ensure the rapid movement and stable production after the festival, remember to do a good job of equipment maintenance before the holiday!

A. Vacuum drainage

Turn on the automatic washing machine to clean the vacuum pipe. After cleaning, turn on the vacuum adsorption, absorb the remaining grinding water in the pipe, and then click on the vacuum drainage, discharge for 3 times consecutively to ensure that the vacuum pipe is cleaned, so as not to cause vacuum blockage.

B. Clean the machine tool processing area

Clean table, fixture, bed and other areas prone to residual debris, wipe all exposed surface until no grinding and chip accumulation.

C. Clean up the disc and working disc

Clean discs, work plates, etc., until there is no dust and dirt.

D. Clean the polishing liquid tank

Pump the polishing liquid into the collection container, rinse the polishing liquid tank, ensure that there is no residual liquid and residue, dry the box, motor and pump body. In order to avoid false after grinding powder precipitation and solidification, the pump in operation pump overload, burn out the pump.

E. Lubricant should be added to guide rail and gear to avoid rusting and stalling after fake.
