1. Maintenance items:

B. Clean the machining area of the machine tool

Clean the worktable, tooling, fixture, bed and other areas that are easy to retain residue and debris, and wipe all exposed surfaces until there is no accumulation of grinding powder and chips.

C. Clean the polishing disc and working disc

Clean the polishing disc, working disc, etc. until there is no powder and dirt.

D. Clean the polishing solution tank

Pump the polishing liquid into the collecting container, wash the polishing liquid tank, ensure there is no residual liquid and residue, and wipe the tank, motor and pump body dry. In order to avoid the precipitation and solidification of grinding powder after the festival, the water pump will be overloaded during operation, and the water pump will be burnt.
